Apple Pecan Cole Slaw
This slaw is always commented about! It's a little like waldorf, but not so fruity, and a great way to get your fresh vegetables. The pecans give a great crunchy addition. You really will love it. Ingredients
- Half of a head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup of toasted pecans, broken up but still good size chunks
- 2 red apples, 1/2 inch dice
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tblsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- Onion powder
Directions
- Pile first three ingredients in a good size bowl. Mix dressing separately,and pour over cabbage, mix well. Keep in the frig for a couple of hours before serving.
