Apple Blueberry Pie
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 5 c. Apples,peeled and sliced
- 1 c. Blueberries,fresh if possibl
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 x Unbaked double crust pastry
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine
Directions
- In a large bowl,stir together sugar,cornstarch and salt.Add in apples,blueberries and lemon juice;toss to coat the fruit.Turn into pastry lined 9" pie plate.Dot with margarine.Add in top crust; seal and flute edge.Bake in a 425 degree oven till crust is browned and filling is bubbly.
