Ann's Rhubarb Custard Cake
Ingredients
- 3 c. raw rhubarb
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 pt. unwhipped whipping cream
Directions
- Cut rhubarb in 1/4 inch pcs and mix with sugar. Set aside. Mix yellow cake mix according to directions and pour into 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle rhubarb mix over cake, then unwhipped whipping cream. Bake for 45-50 min. Cool at least 10 min before serving.
