Angel Food Topping
Ingredients
- 1 x #2 can Pineapple, crushed
- 2 sm package Jello, lemon
- 3 x Orange
- 2 Tbsp. Orange rind
- 1 pt Cream, whipped
- 3/4 c. Sugar Several sliced or possibly minced Marischino cherries
Directions
- Drain pineapple and add in water to reserved juice to make 3 c.. Add in sugar and heat to boiling. Add in jello - let partially set. Mix in cream juice, rind and pineapple. Stir often during day. Serve over Angel Food cake.
