    Ingredients

    • 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple tidbits
    • 1 1/2 c. Cool 2% lowfat lowfat milk
    • 1 pkt (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
    • 1 sm Banana, minced
    • 1 c. Sliced strawberries
    • 1/4 c. BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted

    Directions

    1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Pour reserved juice and lowfat milk into medium mixing bow. Add in pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk till well blended, 1 to 2 min. Stir in banana.
    2. Spoon half of the pudding mix into parfait glasses; cover with a layer of strawberries, pineapple and coconut. Top with remaining pudding mix. Chill till ready to serve.
    3. Makes 6 servings.
