Ambrosia Parfaits
Ingredients
- 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple tidbits
- 1 1/2 c. Cool 2% lowfat lowfat milk
- 1 pkt (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
- 1 sm Banana, minced
- 1 c. Sliced strawberries
- 1/4 c. BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted
Directions
- Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Pour reserved juice and lowfat milk into medium mixing bow. Add in pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk till well blended, 1 to 2 min. Stir in banana.
- Spoon half of the pudding mix into parfait glasses; cover with a layer of strawberries, pineapple and coconut. Top with remaining pudding mix. Chill till ready to serve.
- Makes 6 servings.
