A great way to bring a little bit of the Hawaiian islands right to your dinner table.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 8oz. can of crushed pineapple
    • 4 1/2 tsp. honey
    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

    Directions

    1. Whisk pineapple with its juices and honey in a bowl until combined.
    2. Season chicken cubes with salt and pepper and place in a ziploc bag covered with the pineapple sauce and mix to cover evenly.
    3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    4. Place chicken on a baking pan lined with foil and broil on middle rack for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

This is a really quick recipe to make a quick chicken variation. I wasn't real sure what to pair with it- I just put it in a salad.
