Almond Butter Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup powder sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1 cup almond butter
- 3/4 cup powder sugar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate candy wafer, pieces
- 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate bar, ground
Directions
- Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar & salt together.
- Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Filling: Beat cream cheese, margarine, milk, almond butter, powder & sugar, flour and chocolate candy wafers.
- Spread over crust.
- Topping: Mix cool whip and dark chocolate bar.
- Spread over filling.
- Decorate.
