    • Almonds-1 cup
    • Sugar-1 and 1/2 cup
    • Ghee-1/2 cup
    • Milk-2 tsp
    • Water-3/4 cup
    • Cardomom powder-1 tsp

    Directions

    1. Soak almonds in hot water for half an hour.Drain water and remove the skin of the almonds.Now grind them in a mixer to a fine paste without adding any water.Mix the almond paste with melted ghee and keep aside.Pour the water in a non stick pan.Add the sugar to it.Let the sugar dissolve in it on medium flame.Continue till you get a syrup with a one string consistency.Add the almond paste slowly without forming lumps and mix well.Add the cardamom powder.
