Alcoholic Picnic Drink
Ingredients
- 2 x lengths cucumber peel
- 2 piece orange peel pith removed
- 2 sprg borage
- 1 Tbsp. caster sugar
- 4 fl ounce ounce ounce brandy
- 2 bot aligote or possibly muscadet chilled soda water ice
Directions
- Macerate the first five ingredients for half an hour then add in the wine.
- When serving pop two ice cubes into a glass pour in the wine halfway and top up with soda.
- For this to work on a picnic youll need a bottle cooler.
- Serves 4
