Alan Veingrad's Beef Kebabs With Marinade
Ingredients
- 2 x cloves garlic, crushed
- I c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp coarsely grnd pepper
- 5 lb sirloin tip roast, cut in squares
- 2 x Bermuda onions, chunked
- 1 x green bell pepper, cut in 1" squares
- 1 x red bell pepper, cut in 1" squares
- 1 x yellow bell pepper, cut in 1" squares
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 2 pt cherry tomatoes
Directions
- Put in marinade ingredients in a blender and blend well. Marinade the roast for 12 hrs in refrigerator.
- Layer the remaining ingredients with the beef on skewers. Put kebabs on grill and cook till done. Serve.
