Ingredients

  • 2 x cloves garlic, crushed
  • I c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp coarsely grnd pepper
  • 5 lb sirloin tip roast, cut in squares
  • 2 x Bermuda onions, chunked
  • 1 x green bell pepper, cut in 1" squares
  • 1 x red bell pepper, cut in 1" squares
  • 1 x yellow bell pepper, cut in 1" squares
  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 2 pt cherry tomatoes

Directions

  1. Put in marinade ingredients in a blender and blend well. Marinade the roast for 12 hrs in refrigerator.
  2. Layer the remaining ingredients with the beef on skewers. Put kebabs on grill and cook till done. Serve.
