    Ingredients

    • Cooked rice- 2 cup
    • Canned sardine/mackerel fish -1(remove the bone and roughly smashed)
    • Mix veggies-1cup(peas,carrot,etc)
    • Onion- 1 chopped finely
    • Green chillies- 2 chopped finely
    • Egg- 2 ,scrambled
    • Chilli powder- 1/4 tsp
    • Ginger- 1 minced
    • Soya sauce-1 -2 tbsp
    • Salt as taste
    • Oil - 1 tbsp

    This fried is one of our favourite fried rice and easiest to make while we are staying in hostel.With a rice cooker,rice and canned sardine /mackerel fish.Sometimes we cook rice ,then make separate gravy with the can sardine.Canned sardine /mackerel are those days survival for hostel students along with maggi noodles.After so long i make this fried rice with more ingredients.This is perfect meal for lazy days.

    Now let see what you need,

    How I cook,

    Heat oil in pan,add chopped onion,ginger and green chillies.Fry till onion turn light brown.

    Now add canned sardine,salt, chilli powder and soya sauce.Saute for few seconds.

    Then add mix veggie and fry for few minutes.Now add rice and scrambled egg and mix all together.Cook for another five minutes.Check seasoning.Remove from heat.

    Serve hot.
