#7 Spare Ribs
A quick and easy recipe to remember, #7 Spare Ribs was named because every measured ingredient measures 7! These ribs are soft as butter and have an amazing taste. Bon appetit! Ingredients
- 1 pkg spare ribs
- 7 T brown sugar
- 7 T soy sauce
- 7 T water
- 1 clove garlic
Directions
- In a well-oiled skillet, brown ribs about 5 minutes on each side. Transfer to a baking pan
- In a bowl, combine above ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour sauce over ribs and bake on 350 about 2 hours. You can leave in the oven longer for super-soft, falling-off-the-bone spare ribs.
