This is 5 colors vegetables mixed with cooked basmathi rice. The ingredients were slightly different from my last 5 elements fried rice. You can call this fried rice or mixed rice as there is no eggs, so less oil is used and the cooked rice is just mixed in without stir frying.
Recipe:
Heat oil in wok and add in wood ear fungus mushroom. Stir fry for 1 min. Add in brinjals or eggplant, pineapples and celery. Stir fry and season with light soy sauce, salt and pepper. Stir in red capsicum and lastly mix in cooked rice. When heat is turned off, add in pineapple enzyme. Serve.
