Sour Grilled Corn The Sour Grilled Corn is one of the easiest grill recipes that you can look forward to. Corn is always a healthy option for everyone. If you are vegan or your friends, then this is an ideal recipe. The mouthwatering grilled corn will remain on your tastebuds for a long time. Serves: 3-4 Ingredients: 6 – 8 ears of corn (it will depend on the number of people, and husk it prior)2 Cups of Sour Cream1 Cup of Butter2 Cups of Parmesan Cheese (grated)1 tbsp of Chilli Powder (may vary according to your taste buds)1 tbsp of Salt 1/2 Cup of Lime Juice1 Small Bowl of Vegetable Oil Method: Preheat your grill for 10 minutes.After 10 minutes, brush it with vegetable oil.In the meantime, take a bowl and add sour cream, butter, chilli powder, salt, and whisk it until it forms a smooth mixture.After the preheating of the grill is done, put the corn ears for grilling. Serves: 2-3 Ingredients: 6 Pork Chops1 Cup of Salt1/2 Cup of Soy Sauce2 Cups of Water (at room temperature)2 Cups of Ice Cubes1 cup of Brown Sugar1/2 Cup of Vegetable Oil2 tbsp of Garlic Paste2 tbsp of Onion Paste1 tbsp of Black PepperMethod: Take a saucepan and add water (at room temperature), soy sauce, salt, brown sugar, garlic paste, onion paste, and black pepper. Cook and mix until the salt and brown sugar completely dissolve.Bring the mix down to normal temperature and pour it in a bowl and add the ice cubes to it.Dip the pork chops and seal the bowl using a plastic cover (it should be airtight).Refrigerate the bowl for a day.Preheat your grill for 10 minutes and brush it vegetable oil after that.Take out the bowl containing pork chops and bring it to normal temperature.Grill the pork chops on both sides until the brown colour deepens.Serve it with some mayonnaise if you want (optional).Creamy Grilled Chicken Chicken is everyone’s favourite and grilled ones are the best that anyone wishes to have.
