I am a self-taught cook who resides in the Lake Tahoe/Northern Nevada region of the US. Traveling is my hot button, cooking is my talent and photography is a passion.

Cooking Influences

Most of my influences have come from family, whether on my French side or Czech side. But, I'm passionately inspired when I can travel to other countries and learn a new cuisine. I'm sure I was Italian in another life, because the simple rustic Italian dishes speak to me the most!
