About me
I am a professional chef as well as being a journeyman meat cutter. My cooking background dates back into the 1960's. My speciality is Italian. I have owned several businesses including a fantastic gourmet fine dining Italian Restaurant. I have also been involved with extensive catering, an have published one cookbook and I am currently sending to press a second.
Cooking Influences
I have many influences, but probably the most influentual was my mother, followed by my wife Barbara's grandmother and aunt.
