About me

I am a European trained chef and Certified Culinary Educator living in Huntsville AL. I have a small Consultancy business that I would love to grow, working with new food based businesses either helping with their start up or identifying areas of weakness in their present business and offering solutions for the identified problems. I am available to assisit hands on withthe initial implementation, plus offer follow up quality control monitoring. I also work with families or individuals teachng some of the "basics" and dispelling some of the mystery behind some classics.
I would like to become more involved in community education regarding food prep and eating pattterns. I am passionate about locally grown, minimally farmed, fresh, fresh, fresh. I am a little crazy, a whirlwind of energy and believe that we have all have a duty to share our knowledge with those around us who are interested and seek help.

Cooking Influences

I think you can learn something from almost any situation. Even if it's only something that you don't want to do! Of course being a Brit, I love Jamie Oliva and Gordon Ramsay but I have gained as much from my grandmother and mother as anyone else, especially when it came to substituting!
