About me

I've been collecting recipes for years, but never really tried to write down any of my takes or variations on them before I found this site. We both love French, Italian, Mexican, and of course those classic American comfort foods. I'm also trying out a few Asian dishes with my wok, and I have a few Scandinavian and some more Cajun/Creole dishes I want to work on. I hope to post more recipes as soon as I have the time.

Cooking Influences

I guess what really got me started with cooking were the "Great Chefs" series on PBS back in the early '80's, all those wonderful Julia Child shows, and of course Graham Kerr, "The Galloping Gourmet". He made it look so fun! I love all the ATK shows and recipes!
