Cooking Influences

I just have been cooking all my life. Every job that i have had has been in the food industry. i figured instead of eating food when sometimes you dont know what really is going in it. Cook myself with fresh ingredients.

      Hi, Shadae - Well, there are tons of recipes to choose from that don't contain pork. I recently did a cooking demo in Indianapolis with one of the recipes from my book, Trinidadian Curried Chicken. It has diced mango and jalapenos in it; very tasty, but simple to make. I don't think I have it on the site; probably didn't duplicate any of my book recipes here. Let me think on this and see what I have in my files. Please be patient, I'm just getting over a bad cold/flu, but promise to get back with you.
