About me

I am married with two children, both boys. My wife and I both have a full time jobs. She gets home late, so I pick up the kids from school and have to feed them. That means I usually do the cooking on week days. I like to make quick and simple meals.

Cooking Influences

I started watching the Foodnetwork on television and always find it interesting. So, I started taking cooking classes in the evenings. I really enjoyed all the classes, especially when I'm the only male student in the class. I took Italian cooking, baking, soups and pizza classes. Now I can create quick and simple meals by learning the basic foundation of cooking. The more I cook the better understanding I have on the ingredients that I am using. I would love to learn more on asian cooking.
