Thanks for the welcome! Japan, eh? Sounds wonderful! I'm definitely interested in learning about Japanese cuisine. There is definitely more than sushi, right? I mean, I love sushi--but I think that often when food comes to the U.S. from other countries it loses some of its original nature.
