Cooking Influences

My cooking influences were my parents and grandparents and unlike a lot of people I can actually say I had a chance to cook with 2 of my great-grandmothers! (A BLESSING)!! My 2 great granny's had food they would prepare like when they where back in the cotton picking days! Both lived to get over 100 years of age! And I am also BLESSED to have family members from many backgrounds! French, creole, cajun, bayou cooking! So I am pretty mixed up in the food section!! LOL
