About me

I have been cooking ever since I was a little girl. My mom taught me the basics, but I've learned a lot in the 30 years since! I have worked in two gourmet restaurants, but now I like to spend my time cooking delicious meals for my husband and three wonderful children.

    Great simple recipe.

    One comment though. Yellow tail is not a tuna, it is an Amber Jack. Yellow Fin is the Ahi tuna.
