Love Alton Brown. Once saw him cook a turkey with some mirrors and the sun.
Love Andrew Zimmern. Not so much the pig penis and camel balls he eats on a regular basis, but his shows are wonderful. He's been through a lot in his life and ended up on top.
Love Emeril. If Julia Childs was the Grandmother of how-to-cooks, Emeril would be the father.

Can't stand that pompous ass, Anthony Bourdain. Just looking at him makes me want to slap the taste out of his mouth
Can't stand Rachel Ray. She's just too happy and her meals are 30 minutes when you have a soux chef and 20 assistants in your back room.
Can't stand Sandra Lee. She's a drunkard. Not that there is anything wrong about being hammered all the time, but spare me the nauseating "recipes"
Oh and yes, almost forgot, Guy Ferri...Look up "douchenozzle" in the dictionary and it reads "See: Ferri, Guy"
