About me

I'm a senior who doesn't cook a lot but being from a farm family who were all good cooks I like basic tasty meals. I have been using Company's Coming cookbooks since they came out and just love them and have tried many of the recipes and most of the squares over the years. Thank you.

My head (I make up recipes as I go along after having done it all my life having learned from two Grandmothers and a Mother who were excellent cooks from the country. My paternal Grandmother ran a bake shop from her home and I was her helper when not in school. Her specialities were bread, buns, doughnuts and pies. I never mastered pie-making and use a breadmaker for bread but certainly learned a lot from these wonderful cooks.
