About me

I have been cooking for over thirty years in between work, husband and raising my two daughters. I learn something new about food and cooking every day of the year, it excites me to try out new cuisine and keeps me adventurous in the kitchen!!

Cooking Influences

My mother and grandmother who taught me to cook. My daughters who encouraged me to experiment with International food. My husband who has learnt to tolerate me and my experiments in the kitchen. Friends and co-workers who encouraged me to cook!!
