About me

I'm a mother of 7, grandmother of 17 and great grandmother of 2. I'm still working way past retirement age. But I love my job and feel really lucky.

I live in the high desert of New Mexico and love gardening, sewing and cooking. I grind my own wheat and make much of our bread. I

Cooking Influences

The greatest influences I have had are the wonderful cooks of New Mexico. I'm originally from Dallas and didn't know much about Mexican food, but they have taught me so much. Also, my youngest daughter is such a great cook and has taught me a lot was well.
