Cooking Influences

My father was a professional chef for a hospital and then a private college. He learned about vegetarian lifestyle and cooking from the church that he joined.
Within the same period of time, I to learned about vegetarian cooking by going to the potluck dinners after church. By having people share their recipes with me, the church membership became the greatest influence on my healthy lifestyle.
