About me

Home cooking - that's what's it is all about. I am married with two sons, the blonds and the babies. We have an outdoor cooking area with a choice of grilling options. My husband is from California and we do alot of ourdoor cooking (when the weather allows). Our #1 choice is to cook over open fire with oak wood or if in a hurry we use our four burner gas grill. We live in Michigan so when spring hits and until winter falls we cook outdoors. My husband has mastered seafood over oak wood and it is great.
