About me

Well to be honest, I'll eat anything Caely McCarter tells me too. I credit her for my love of figs after a little trip to the infamous farmers market in Paris, followed up by a little boiled cow's brain. France made me realize what food really is, a lifestyle. Dinners in Europe are an event, and rightly so. I have been fortunate enough to eat at some amazing restaurants in many different countries and its wet my appetite for more.
