About me

For the past 16 years i have been a Culinary Arts Instructor here in Sacramento Calif. @ American River College.I retired on 12-18-2013 after 53 years in the kitchen.It has been a wonderful adventure. I think the most rewarding part of my career is being able to share my knowledge with young people in my class room.
