About me

I am the author of the blog Jason's BBQ Adventures (www.jasonsbbqadventures.com). I am a grilling and barbecuing enthusiast, that believes if it can be cooked, it can be grilled. My blog has been up for almost 3 years now and I find it that it drives me to elevate my skills to do more creative recipes all the time.

I enjoy smoking your typical brisket, ribs down to grilling just about any type of food possible.

Cooking Influences

Many years ago at work, a friend/co-work brought in some pulled pork he smoked at home. It was one of the most amazing BBQ I have ever tasted. A week later, I picked up a cheap smoker and started smoking my own BBQ. After realizing this cheap smoker was exactly what I paid for, I finally invested money into buying a more appropriate smoker for what I wanted. After that I was able to consistently make great BBQ at home. This then started getting more and more into general grilling and pushed myself to get creative with recipes.

I know the feeling. Winter is just right around the corner here to. I am hoping I can get a good 2 months still, before I have to deal with the cold and snow here.

Hi Jason...scrumptious Baby Back recipe. Would you consider joing the group, Porky Pig...That's Not All Folks? It's everything pork (ham, bacon, etc.). Please add that rib recipe to the group...and any other pork recipe you might have. Thanks. N
