Cooking Influences

Chefs I'd love to share a kitchen with, like Julia Child, Dorie Greenspan, Jamie Oliver, James Beard, Marion Cunningham, and Nigella Lawson.
Beyond that, the seasonal bounty at my local farmers' market, the never-ending variety of interesting new ingredients sold in Toronto's ethnic neighbourhood markets, homegrown herbs and vegetables from my backyard, the smell of fresh-baked bread, a really good cup of coffee, and chocolate... lots and lots of chocolate.
