About me

I bake. I rarely cook - that's my husband's job, but I bake nearly every day. I think constantly about what I'm going to bake next. I print out recipes from online sources whenever I see one - which is usually several times a day! I scan Amazon.com to find the new baking books that have been released or will soon be released. I sit on the couch and read all of my cookbooks (baking books?) just like I would a novel. I LOVE to bake! Hopefully you will find some inspiration on my blog so you too can enjoy baking!

    Heidi..I forgot to say in my last post...you asked me if I had a blog; I don't. I can't figure out how to start a blog. I post on other message boards mostly (scrapbooking), but that's about it. I live in utah. I would rather bake than cook, but enjoy both when I have time. Today I made a double chocolate marble cake and it was just "ok". Sort of a cross between cake and pound cake. A little dry.
