Cooking Influences
I liked European cuisine in general( French, Italian, German, Greek). I love to work a lot with fresh veggies , legumes and grains. All countries around the Mediterrenean sea
have also very good ways in using these ingredients.
Awards, Honors and Societies
I'm not a contest animal. In fact , I can't say I like them very much. I participated twice
and finished second both times. One was a Fresh Québec lamb roasting contest when
I was still studying pro. cooking and the second time was for directing the test kitchen
at the École de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec.
