About me

I am 60 years old and happily married and a father of three. My wife Hoda does the daily cooking I some times cook special meals. I've spent 7 years living in Africa and have travelled all over the world I appreciate the Asian food but my favorites are Thai and love Indian food. My favorite cuisines are tunisian libanese, Greek,and Turkish but only for grilled meals and sweets.

I learned cooking from my father who was the best chef I have had.
