I love cooking Greek, Italian, French and any type food. Love making pastries, and helping cook for weddings. I am a teacher in an elementary school, wife and mother. I have written two cookbooks and have won prizes for recipes.

    Just retired so excited, am going to Greece this summer. I have been taking Greek classes to hone my reading and writing skills. I speak fluently, but need to update my verbiage. I have been on trips where I toured the kitchens in France and Italy, loved those trips, and plan on doing more. Did a class teaching Greek pastries and my students loved it. They took home their own pans of baklava and have been asking for more classes. I am ready to soar..
