Cooking Influences

Nigella is my key influence with her disheveled cooking style since I don’t seek perfection. Then there is that famous Naked Chef: I love Jamie's knowledgeable explanation of how and why something should be sliced, fried, baked or cooked. Both of them are unpretentious with easy, affordable and delicious recipes.
As for the cuisines, Italian is probably my favorite, with Greek, Turkish and Moroccan just a short step behind!
