I'm 19 yrs Old. I Guess I can Start with My career and why I'm A professional Cook. My Father was my greatest Influnence in Becoming A chef and maybe one day owning my own Place. He was A Head Chef, just before he died and we wasn't as close, But cooking held many memories I have with him. I went to Texas Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu, In Austin, Texas To start my step in the industry and Now I work At a 5 star Restaurant, in Washington, Texas . Inn At Dos Brisas, I work under Chef Jason, He is A great chef and a funny man, who jokes around but has made my very first job, easy and a learning experience i will never forget.
