About me
My dad used to say that my mom's idea of cooking was to turn everything on high and then get on the phone. :) Thankfully, I take after dad in the kitchen. He taught me my first recipe - Tatertot casserole which I've in turn fed to my family.
Cooking is an adventure and an opportunity to act like a mad scientist in the kitchen. I dig it but not the clean up. When I'm not feeding the family, I'm feeding my co-workers and Sunday school class my experiments. :)
