About me

Born and raised in Oxford England and emigrated to Toronto Canada in 1987, I trained and worked in the culinary field as Chef de Cuisine. The last position, before I retired was at The Spoke Club in Toronto with Celebrity Chef Ren Mercer. Retired and living in Pickering, Ontario; I am now a writer, with my first publication entitled "The Black Bag Assignment". My second novel "Hunt for the Headmaster" followed quickly.Currently working on a third in the series as well as a cookbook, now in progress.

Cooking Influences

First and foremost Georges-Auguste Escoffier, and I admire Marco Pierre White, Anthony Bourdain, Gary Rhodes, Ren Mercer and; lately because she can not only cook, but is pleasing to the eye as well, Laura Calder.
