About me
I graduated with my doctorate in wine studies in Texas in 2014, and currently reside in California working as a vineyard researcher. I am originally from Indiana. Cooking and shopping for special ingredients to use are two of my favorite activities. I like to find unique ingredients so I can bring the flavors of the world home with me. I like to learn cooking styles from around the world, and translate these techniques into Paleo, Primal, and Gluten-free recipes.
