About me
I live and work in the Chicago area. With the exception of a two-year adventure in northern California, I've been in Chicago since 1975. I'm a beginner level cook and my recipe preferences are those that require little skill and a small number of ingredients. I'm teaching myself to cook with the baby steps of trying new techniques (something as 'easy' as broiling seafood) and new ingredients (using more fresh herbs) I'm hoping to get some easy to medium-skill-required recipes to try as I expand my cooking skills.
