  Welcome to the site, Bart. Here's a great recipe for freshly-caught fish. I recently made it with some trout I caught out here in California. My guess is it would work with just about any fresh water fish. Love the combo of Okra and fresh fish. The recipe was entered by a Professional Chef out in Louisiana.
