  No disrespect to u as a chef but r u from New England? I followed the recipe to the tee and didnt look or taste anything like the picture u have on the sight. I ve been cooking for 14 yrs probable not as long as you but...... this recipe is not that good, u must be leaving something out,... as does all great chefs???
