About me

I got into cooking a few years back and nothing makes me happier other than to talk about food endlessly or play in the kitchen. I am not fussy, nor snobby with food, everything has to be eaten at least once (within reason of course!)

Cooking Influences

I like Nigella's style of writing, it makes me feel like a domestic goddess.

I've picked up influences from family too, my nanny J was an excellent yet simple home cook, basic meals but made with love and full of flavour. She also made the best bread & butter pudding, mine does not come close.
