About me

I'm a mom of three and one grandchild. I love to cook and it shows. I love Mexican and Italian Foods. Southern style cooking also a favorite. I am currently dieting and would like to have some really good low fat, low cal recipes. I have been trying new foods that I never thought I would ever cook let alone eat. I just enjoy food!!
