thank you my friend for the nice words. chicken with yogurt is so easy and the secrets of it is how to marinate it .well here my recipe hope you like it 1 chicken cut in 4or8 peaces washed with salt, 8 tbsp plan yogurt, 1 medium onion, 3 clovis garlic, 2tbsp spices cardamon,ginger,black paper,pay leaves,cinnamon.1/4 cub white vinger or white wine, 1 geen paper, 1 lemon juice, 1tbsp mayo, 1tsp honey bot all ingrediens in plunder expat the chicken. add salt,pure the liqued to the chicken and mix it will,bot all in the backing try add some tomato past if you want it more colory and cover it with foul. in the fridge for 5 hous. oven 400 degre bot the try covered for 1/2 hours then anther 15 minuet or untel nice color.. thats it hope you like it
