    Delight in light! Here's a slaw that boasts a healthful glow. Great during those summer heat waves. When cabbage comes into season, buy from a farmstand. Shred along with 1 carrot, using a Cuisinart food processor.

    Ingredients

    • 16 Oz. Pkg. Coleslaw Blend
    • 2 Cups Fresh Broccoli Florets, Diced
    • 1/4 Cup Scallion, Sliced Thin
    • 3/4 Cup Kraft Fat-Free Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
    • 1/4 Cup Sugar-Free Orange Marmalade
    • 1/4 Tsp. Celery Seed
    • 11 Oz. Can Mandarin Orange Segments, Drained

    Directions

    1. In large bowl, combine coleslaw blend, broccoli and onions; stir gently to mix.
    2. In small bowl, combine salad dressing, marmalade and celery seed; blend well. Pour over coleslaw mixture; toss to coat. Add mandarin orange segments; toss gently. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours or until serving time.
